She leans a little due to small air leak, can hear it but haven't tracked  down yet. 
There is some minor rust but not a lot. Has been  stored under shelter for the last 2 years in the desert .

Seller has  taken Coach on the road quite a few times and stayed quite comfortably (comfortably for roughing it, ie, no kitchen, or real furniture) for up to 2 mos. at a time.
